Heat insulating casings installed on plate heat exchangers are designed to reduce heat loss, protect personnel and equipment, and prevent corrosion and mechanical damage to the heat exchanger. The company can manufacture thermal insulation casings from soft and hard (sheet metal casing with internal thermal insulation) insulating materials.
Soft insulating casing:
- It is made of special fiberglass with polyurethane coating that can withstand temperatures up to +150°C.
- The casing is sewn according to the exact dimensions of the equipment.
Sheet metal casing:
- It is made of galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel 0.5-0.8 mm thick.
- Inside, the casing is glued with a thermal insulation material about 2 cm thick.
- It is equipped with special fasteners for quick installation/disassembly.
